Any product may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition.
To return a product, call our Customer Service Center at +1 (516) 299-9268 or Contact Us. Be sure to provide your order number. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.
All returned products must be returned in the original packaging. Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage.

We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying charges for any items returned or exchanged.
When shipping products back to us, please obtain the tracking information from the carrier and forward it to us via email, so that all parties can follow the shipment. All emails regarding shipment information should be sent to [email protected].
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided.
For refunds on products paid for by credit card or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit / debit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
